I bought my first investment property in 2001 at age 20 (after I start saving my money at 10 years old), and started my digital marketing company in 2006. The ability to marry real estate with digital media has been a successful, fun, and never boring venture. 

Since then, I have bought over $2.5 million in homes and properties, and worked on thousands of projects for hundreds of clients. I typically own no more than three properties at a time as I tend to be very hands-on. My property experience includes flipping, property management, and long term / short term rentals in multiple cities and states.
